Walter

Walter is a breathwork facilitator and movement coach with a background in personal training, yoga, Pilates, calisthenics, and functional movement.

His approach combines physical training, breathwork, and emotional release to help people reconnect with their bodies and unlock deeper levels of awareness.

After years working in the fitness industry, Walter realized that physical training alone often wasn’t enough for true transformation. Many people carried emotional tension, stress, and nervous system dysregulation that traditional workouts could not fully address.

This realization led him to explore deeper practices including breathwork, somatic work, nervous system regulation, and consciousness exploration.

Today his work blends multiple disciplines:

• Breathwork and emotional release
• Functional movement and mobility
• Yoga and Pilates
• Calisthenics and body awareness
• Nervous system regulation

His retreats are designed as immersive experiences where physical practice, breathwork, and nature work together to create deep transformation.

The ocean environment plays a central role in his retreats. The rhythm of the waves, the fresh air, and the vast horizon naturally invite stillness, reflection, and renewal.
